Manager - Procurement | An advanced degree in a suitable discipline or field of study, preferably in Engineering/ or Finance/ Social sciences/ SCM | (1)At least 12 years experience at progressive middle or senior levels in management, including work in the public sector and project management.(2) At least 5 years experience of procurement of goods & services in the public sector.(3) Demonstrated familiarity with GOP & the MDBs procurement and consultant selection guideline.(4) Ability to deal sensitively in multi-cultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues.(5) Excellent inter personal writing and communication skills as evidenced by a body of written work proven interest in transferring knowledge, ability to listen and influence without taking over.(6) Ability to function effectively in multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix management environment.(7) Excellent computer skills including MS office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS project. |
Deputy Manager - Gender | Advanced university degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, International Development or Humanitarian studies. | (1) At least 8 years work experience in the development sector with a focus on gender mainstreaming. (2) Technical knowledge of gender and women empowerment approaches.(3) Solid understanding of gender issues in disaster risk management (DRM).(4) Hands on experience of gender mainstreaming at institutional and program levels.(5) Knowledge of principles of results-based management.(6) Good understanding of government and development partner policies and priorities. |
Deputy Manger - Legal & Contracts | Must Possess LLB from a reputable local or foreign institute. | (1) At least 8 years of experience in drafting and managing contract agreements besides handling legals matters with Public Private projects. (2) Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and legislation of Public Corporate Sector and Donor Agencies including international Contractual best practices. |
Deputy Manager - Forestry & Livelihood | Master degree or equivalent relevant field Forestry Environment Social Sciences or MBA from HEC recognized university. | Overall professional experience of 8 years with 2-3 years working in forestry and environment sector. Demonstrated experience of working on forestry sector projects with a focus on livelihood or land socio-economic development with forest communities in green sector. Experience on Implementation and M&E of forestry sector projects in government or donors sectors and producing high quality reports and M&E documents for government or donor agencies Excellent Communication and writing skills. |
Deputy Manager - Management Information System | Master’s degree in information Communication Technology, computer science or other fields. | (1) At least 8 years professional experience in software or web development work experience of which at least two years experience should be in managing technical projects or teams. (2) Sound knowledge and working experience of latest development tools used for software, databases and web development and integration like SQL server, Oracle or other relational or Non-relational databases.(3) Experience in Web Servers like IIS/Apache And front-end and back end technologies. (4) Hands on Knowledge of complete software development life-cycle (SDLC). |
